Who wouldn’t want to upgrade their Android devices to the latest version of the operating system and experience all the new features? Everyone would and that’s why XDA tries not to disappoint any of its fans who rely in their cracks and custom based ROMs. Jelly Bean, the latest Android upgrade is now made available for the Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 by the members of XDA.
It wasn’t much of a hard work for the members at XDA as they just got hold of the OTA leak and there it was for downloading. Samsung really needs to overcome the loopholes in its servers. XDA senior member LuffarJoh, to whom we should be thankful for the leak, also mentioned that the P3100DDBLH3 firmware should be on the stock for the device as it is checked before flashing. For installing, do the following steps –
- Flash back to the stock firmware P3100DDBLH3
- Place the OTA on their external SD card
- Flash via stock Android recovery
3 simple steps and you could have your Tab II featuring Android jelly Bean 4.1.1.
